Abstract

This article examines the expanding role of artificial intelligence (AI) in language teaching and highlights its potential to enhance both learning outcomes and instructional practices. AI technologies—including adaptive learning systems, automated feedback tools, conversational agents, and analytics platforms—enable personalized learning pathways, provide immediate language feedback, and create interactive environments that increase learner engagement. In addition, AI supports teachers by reducing administrative workload and offering data-driven insights into student performance.
