Abstract

Abstract: Grammar plays a fundamental role in mastering any foreign language. It provides learners with the structural framework necessary to communicate effectively and accurately. Without grammar, language learning becomes a chaotic collection of words without clear meaning or coherence. This paper explores the importance of grammar in foreign language teaching, discusses various approaches to teaching grammar, and analyzes the relationship between grammatical competence and communicative proficiency. The study also highlights effective pedagogical strategies for integrating grammar instruction into communicative language teaching.
