Abstract

This article explores the significance of psychoprophylaxis in preventing behavioral and professional deviations among employees who are at risk of occupational disruption. As modern workplaces become increasingly demanding, early psychological interventions are crucial for maintaining mental stability and professional functioning. The study highlights how stress, burnout, and emotional fatigue can lead to maladaptive behaviors if left unaddressed. It discusses the importance of identifying vulnerable individuals through behavioral signs and psychological profiling. The role of leadership, workplace culture, and targeted preventive programs are emphasized as key factors in fostering resilience. Psychoprophylactic measures such as counseling, mental health education, and emotional regulation techniques are shown to effectively reduce professional decline.
