MAIN FACTORS DETERMINING THE NEED FOR LEGAL REGULATION OF REMOTE WORK
Abstract
During the period of globalization and the development of information and communication systems, new non-standard forms of employment are emerging, designed to meet the needs of modern society. One of these new flexible forms of employment is “remote work”, which has already found legislative support in most countries of the world. Innovations in labor legislation in this area are analyzed, and the main problematic issues of the remote work format in Uzbekistan are highlighted.
