Abstract: This article examines the advanced financial practices of developed countries—such as Germany, France, Japan, the United States, and Singapore—in organizing and funding life and health insurance systems. It analyzes mechanisms of insurance fund formation, multi-source financing, reinsurance systems, personal accounts, and investment-linked insurance products. The article also explores the applicability of these models in Uzbekistan, providing scientific conclusions and practical recommendations on their economic efficiency and fiscal implications.
