PRINCIPLES OF TREATING CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES: AN IMRAD-BASED ANALYSIS

Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) remain the leading cause of global mortality, requiring comprehensive and evidence-based approaches to treatment. This article examines the fundamental principles of managing cardiovascular diseases through an integrated clinical perspective. The study focuses on key therapeutic strategies, including risk factor modification, pharmacological treatment, early diagnosis, interventional procedures, and long-term patient management. Special attention is given to the role of lifestyle changes, adherence to therapy, and the growing importance of personalized medicine in improving patient outcomes. The analysis is based on current international guidelines and scientific literature, providing a structured understanding of modern cardiovascular care. The findings highlight that effective treatment of CVDs depends on a multidisciplinary approach combining prevention, timely intervention, and continuous monitoring. The article emphasizes the need for improving healthcare accessibility, patient education, and the integration of digital technologies in clinical practice to reduce the global burden of cardiovascular diseases.
