This article analyzes the necessity of strengthening women's rights and their status in society based on the principles of equality. As outlined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, every individual—regardless of gender, race, or social background—must be entitled to equal rights. The article explores and evaluates ways to achieve gender equality between men and women within families and in society at large. It also discusses various legal norms and legislative measures aimed at preventing violence and ensuring equal rights for both genders.
