IMPROVING THE LEGAL FOUNDATIONS FOR ENSURING PUBLIC SECURITY THROUGH PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS IN NEW UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

The article develops proposals and recommendations for strengthening the legal foundations of effective cooperation between the state and the private sector in ensuring public safety through the model of public-private partnership (PPP). In particular, issues of improving legislation, strengthening control and monitoring mechanisms, ensuring transparency, and diversifying funding sources in the implementation of PPP projects in the field of public safety are widely considered.
