GENERAL BASICS OF LEGAL ASSISTANCE PROVIDED BY A LAWYER IN CRIMINAL CASES
Abstract
this article details the general basis for providing legal assistance by a lawyer in criminal cases, analyzing the essence of the concept of legal assistance, the functions of a lawyer's activities and the basis for his or her employment to participate in a criminal procedure.
